Washington

Well, it has certainly been a while. Hope you are doing well. We are busy busy bees. It feels like we really have not stopped since the first part of May as we were preparing for the summer. Now, we find ourselves in Washington DC for the Values Voter Summit where Angela and I are manning a booth for Worldview. We have been talking to people about our camps and weekend conferences and it has been fantastic to hear their response. As many families and places in this country where we reach, it is still evident that we don't reach enough people. Attendees here at this summit have been very encouraged by Worldview's ministry and wanting to know how they can play a part in what we are doing as a ministry. It is exciting to see that response. We will be flying back home tomorrow afternoon and will be back in the office on Monday.

Monday is a big day as it is our annual board meeting. We will be discussing the future of Worldview Academy and how we can be successful in continuing to challenge Christians to live consistently within a Biblical worldview. We will also be discussing the option to open a third team of camps for next summer or the summer of 2010. It is a big meeting that will have a significant impact on the planning for next summer. Please pray for discernment for ourselves and that God would be at work in and through us and the meeting.
